Spring For A Day

I've been into florals a little too much lately...

I have been obsessed with florals lately if you haven't noticed and when I spotted this floral blazer I knew I had to add it to my collection. I originally wore this with a white tank top but it clashed with the white skirt, so I switched it up a bit by pairing it with this mint tank. So glad I made that decision. The mint with the floral print brings out pattern in the blazer. I went with a white pencil skirt because there was just enough white in the blazer to look good with a white skirt. I decided not to wear a necklace because I wanted the main focus to be on the blazer. Then again, it was the statement and main attraction in the outfit.

Floral Crush

Trousers:Printed Trousers Blazer:Short Blazer Purse: TJ Maxx ( Also Love) Shoes: ShoeDazzle Sunglasses:Brow Cat Eye

Florals are definitely in this season and what better way to pair them with a cut pair of nude pumps and a matching blazer. I love these pants because they are the statement piece here which is why I didn't really accessorize my outfit. I went with nude pumps because they went perfect with the coral pants. I actually wore this to work and was told that I look like spring! Which is why I love this outfit, I felt like I bloomed up the whole office! Haha! Who doesn't love seeing a coral/tangerine walking around all bright and full of spirit? Have a great day!

Appliqué & Houndstooth

Happy Sunday loves! Hope you are all enjoying your the end of your weekend.

I am so excited to share this outfit with you fashionistas! Every piece of this outfit is key, the pants make a statement, the shirt has a beautiful appliqué on the collar, and the color block shoes are a must! I wanted to stick with the same colors as the pants when I went to pick my shoes and purse, so I went with a multicolored purse, and these color block brown and blue shoes. The detail on the top is what stood out to me the most, how it is cut, and the neckline. The design on the collar is the main reason why I didn't want to wear a necklace, because it would have taken away the attention off the collar. Plus, it would have been too much, and over done. I knew I wanted to stick with some type of pattern for the pants, so I stuck with navy blue houndstooth trousers, these were the perfect fit and honestly went perfectly with this top. I went with silver sparkly jewelry to match the the beautiful details on the top. Next, the shoes and the purse, there was already navy blue on the shoes, so I felt like these shoes were perfect. Brown and navy blue go so well together, so why not! I was originally not planning on wearing this purse, but grabbed it last minute. The mint and blue just added more color to the outfit without a crazy pop of color like I usually do.

Feminine Touch

Happy Thursday My Loves!

This fun and chic look was worn in Chicago, for dinner and drinks with co-workers. I wanted to stay sophisticated yet stylish. I saw the sweater and fell in LOVE, the texture has a suede feel to it, and the peplum part adds some curves to my look and the perfect feminine touch. I went with blue cropped ankle pants because it matched very well with the brown jacket. The pumps, what add the chic-ness to this look, is a great addition to the look, I wasn't trying to match it with my jacket, but another shade of brown, a nude pump always looks great. My favorite accessory, the clutch, you guys know how I love to add pops of patterns to my look. I had to add this lean, horizontal silhouette sleek and vibrant geo printed clutch. And to top this look off, I went with gold accessories and this huge necklace to match the gold zippers in the moto jacket.

Spring Stripes

So I had a disfunction with my last post and it deleted on its own, what a bummer!

So I'm back from vacation and I can't wait to share with you guys all the pictures of food and outfits from Chicago and Los Angeles. But for now here is a spring outfit ....

Dress: H&MSleeveless Dress Blazer: EXPRESS(Similar) Striped Stretch Cotton Blazer Handbag:ALDO ShoesSconce satchel Pumps:Shoedazzle Belt:EXPRESS Bracelet:EXPRESS

My favorite piece of clothing to wear during the spring has got to be the dress! I get so excited right out of winter and can't wait to wear dresses, it's just the perfect weather. This yellow dress is the perfect spring dress. The color and the length are my favorite because it's perfect for work and play and I stood out like a blossom in this bright color. The sweater contrasted perfectly with the yellow, and the stripes added the perfect pattern to plain dress. I have been looking for nude shoes everywhere until I came across these babies from Shoedazzle, your first shoe is discounted, so I took advantage and bought these perfect spring nude shoes that go well with any outfit. I can't wait to incorporate them with some more outfits this spring! This handbag is gorgeous!!!! I received it as a gift from my best friend for my birthday and I fell in love! the color, the size, the shape, so cute! I can wear it either as a handbag like I am here, or as a satchel, which is perfect because sometimes I don't like carrying my bag in my hand. Its also the perfect statement bag I needed to add that extra POP!

What is your favorite spring accessory?
